SIA OLMAFARM, which is the largest shareholder of JSC Olainfarm, has relieved Milana Beļeviča from the position of a member of the Board. The decision to remove Milana Beļeviča has been supported by all three co-heirs of the company. Milana Beļeviča has been removed from the position of a member of the Board due to a loss of trust. From April 26, there are two members of the Board of SIA OLMAFARM - Pēteris Rubenis and Jānis Kiršblats.
All co-heirs of SIA OLMAFARM have also addressed the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of JSC Olainfarm Gundars Bērziņš with a request to immediately convene a meeting of the Supervisory Council of JSC Olainfarm and decide without delay on the removal of Milan Beļeviča from the position of a member of the Board of JSC Olainfarm. The resolution of the issue is urgent to prevent possible losses to JSC Olainfarm. It is the Supervisory Council of JSC Olainfarm that is obliged to supervise the activities of the Board in the interval between shareholders' meetings and the Supervisory Council is responsible for the losses caused to the company by the Board.
SIA OLMAFARM publicly asks the member of the Board Milana Beļeviča to refrain from performing any actions or concluding transactions on behalf of SIA OLMAFARM or JSC Olainfarm.
JSC Olainfarm was registered in June 1991 and its share capital is 19.719 million euros. The largest shareholder of the company is SIA OLMAFARM (42.56%), which is owned in equal parts by the heirs of Valērijs Maligins - Irina Maligina, Anna Emīlija Maligina and Nika Saveļjeva.
JSC Olainfarm operates in the production of finished dosage forms, pharmaceutical preparations, and food supplements, as well as chemicals and active pharmaceutical ingredients. The shares of JSC Olainfarm are listed on the NASDAQ OMX Riga Official List.
